Email contact@measuredarcgames.com. Include your edition, browser or Windows version, device, and the steps that led to the problem. This is a small independent studio, so replies are handled directly and may not be immediate.

Do not send your password, full card number, card security code, or screenshots that expose payment credentials.

Browser Edition access

The Browser Edition requires the Measured Arc Games account used before checkout. If you can log in but the game is not recognized as purchased, include the purchase email and receipt identifier in your message. If you forgot your password, email from the address connected to the account so we can help verify ownership.

Your account restores purchased access, not game progress. Progress is local to each browser and does not sync between devices.

Browser compatibility and saves

  • Use a current desktop browser for the best experience.
  • Tablet touch controls are supported; phones are not currently a supported target.
  • Allow the page to use local browser storage if you want progress to persist.
  • Avoid private browsing and do not clear site data you want to keep.
  • Try reloading the page once after a temporary network or asset-loading failure.

If the game still does not start, send the browser name and version, operating system, device model, and a screenshot of the visible error.

Windows edition

Download the Windows edition from the itch.io purchase page. It is currently an unsigned Windows application, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may ask you to confirm that you want to run it. Only use the file delivered through the official Night Cartographer itch.io listing.

Transaction and refund questions

Browser Edition transactions are handled through Stripe or Link; Windows transactions are handled through itch.io. Your receipt is the best starting point. See the refund policy for the information to include and how the two storefronts differ.

Free demo

Act I contains charts 1–5 and requires no account. Demo progress stays in that browser, does not carry into either paid edition, and may be lost if site data is cleared.
